Around 1967 | Construction of Industry & Trade Center Building was proposed by the Yokohama Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a commemorative project of centennial anniversary of year of Meiji. |
May 1969 | “Industry & Trade Center Bldg. Erection Research Committee” was set up in collaboration between Kanagawa Prefecture, City of Yokohama and Chamber of Commerce. |

November 2012 | The initial Sanbo Fureai Concert was held to assist Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra jointly with supporting groups at their request. |
February 2013 | Quake-proof reinforcement works plan was rated 'satisfactory' as a result of JSCA overall evaluation. |
